1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between LINKLUXE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and our clients for the provision of online services and consultancy.

We will provide the services as described in our agreement or engagement letter. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with Laws: comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain Confidentiality: maintain the confidentiality of our communications

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: our fees will be as agreed upon in our agreement or engagement letter
• Payment Schedule: payment schedule will be as specified in our agreement
• Late Payment: late payment fees may apply

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: all intellectual property rights in our services and materials remain with us
• License: we grant you a non-exclusive license to use our materials

6. Confidentiality

• Confidential Information: we will maintain the confidentiality of your information
• Exceptions: exceptions to confidentiality will be as specified in our agreement

7. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: our liability will be limited to the amount of fees paid
• Exclusions: we will not be liable for consequential or indirect damages

8. Termination

• Notice: either party may terminate this agreement with written notice
• Effect of Termination: upon termination, we will return your property and confidential information

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior agreements.
